Default For those of you looking for great recipes...

I just purchased a great new cookbook at Barnes and Noble. It' s called, Eat Like a Wild Man: The Ultimate Game and Fish Cookbook; 110 Years of Great Sports Afield Recipes. It has wonderful recipes for every type of game you can hunt, with the recipes divided up by seasons. There are few that I can' t wait to try (like Fillet of Venison Wellington) and few that I probably won' t try (like Fried Brain of Venison). It also has tips for dressing your kill and preparing it properly. There are kitchen recipes as well as camp cooking recipes.

Well, I was just excited at my new cookbook and thought I would share...I always get excited when I get a new one!

(By the way, has anyone heard of Sports Afield magazine? Or am I just living under a rock?)
