Default Game Platter

Yesterday my parents went to a wedding so i stayed alone in my house and when I realized there wasn't any microwave food so I got and Idea I would smoke something nice with the food I take when I go hunting and what I hunt so I got Iberico Ham, prosciutto, a variety of cheeses, some left over venison and boar, my typical hunting bread that consists of basically water, flour and oregano wich I make into like a tortilla, crackers, olive oil, salt, oregano.

So I got a round wooden board and I cut and put prosciutto and Iberico Ham and put it in there, I got the the venison and boar smoke half of the meat, and cook in wine th other half, then cut them in long strips( the smoking takes a lot of time) I got the cheeses ant them , my bread and I almost forgot I got some fondue and spread it over the bread. and i got a nice hunting platter, that its nice to drink with a soup and Caesar Salad with anchovy.
