Most folks flour them up and fry in butter(Not margarine!!), and there's nothing like the classics. They're also good grilled, sauteed, steamed, and baked. Any way you can fix a regular white mushroom will work with morels.

You can also dehydrate them and put them in soups and pasta sauces...very good that way too!
