Default lokking for a mouth-watering recipe...

for a 4 Lb. rainbow trout. Preferrably on a BBQ grill. Simplicity is a requsite. Thanks for any suggestions.

-Coat with olive oil inside & out.
-Salt & pepper ( or cajun seasoning) the body cavity.
-Stuff the body with a lemon wedge, rosemary spring & some green onions.
-Wrap in foil, and cook in the grill.
-When its about 3/4 done, open up the foil so the top of the fish is exposed to the heat.
-It don' t take too long.

If you cook the fish in a fish basket instead of foil the skin will get charred and take on the flavor from the grill instead of being poached.
