Default Blogging about venison

I'm probably opening myself up to some serious criticism from the experts, but here goes... A bunch of my friends have been asking me how I cook deer. I use it in all kinds of recipes (had lasagna last night!). It's become a bit of an addiction, I mean hobby, for me to see just what I can do with it beyond the typical fried tenderloins and sausage. So, I've cranked up an old blog and have started a "series" on cooking with venison. Feel free to not only check it out, but leave me some feedback or post your own suggestions in the comments section.

Thanks, Scott. The Greek one is one of our favorites. I hope you enjoy it!

I just added another. I'm hoping to add a recipe every couple of days or so until I run out of recipes. That should take a while - I like experimenting!
