I'm probably opening myself up to some serious criticism from the experts, but here goes... A bunch of my friends have been asking me how I cook deer. I use it in all kinds of recipes (had lasagna last night!). It's become a bit of an addiction, I mean hobby, for me to see just what I can do with it beyond the typical fried tenderloins and sausage.
