Default New Hunting/Cooking Magazine

Hi everyone,

We're about to launch a magazine for the outdoorsman devoted to the second part of the hunt... what to do with all of that meat/fish/fowl once you have killed it. From field to table we plan to cover techniques in the field, interactions with the butcher, and recipes that can expand beyond your standby chili recipe (not that we don't love a good chili recipe), and people places that are doing it right. We would love to get your feedback if this is something you would read and/or subscribe to. Please post questions, thoughts... heck... even grievances!

Also feel free to PM.

Good Hunting!

It sounds like a great idea, I love thumbing through some of the cooking magazines my wife gets giving me ideas for cooks.
My initial instinct when I read the post was how many topics can you cover. From a business standpoint I was just wandering three years from now what are you going to cover. There is an endless number of cooking topics but when you limit yourself to wild game/fish eventually you will run out of topics.
Maybe Im wrong but good luck.
