Sorry I'm on vacation in Fl, for the next 3 months . So I didn't have room to bring my smoker and all my meat processing stuff. I have just bought a small smoker and are doing some mods to it today. So look out I'll be posting some pics soon.

Oh yeah!! Sure skip out on our 3 months of heavey snowfall and all enjoying those sunny days.. Happy New year right back at you and enjoy your visit..
