Default New smoker

Just got me a smoker yesterday... All I can say is "holy ****"

That thing really makes a piece of venison taste good!!!

I pulled a front shoulder out of the freezer and threw it in for 4 hours... Put a lttle BBQ sauce on it and it was good to go...

I want to put a bonless deer roast in next. Then some jerkey...

Cant believe I waited this long to start smoking
