Default Phenomenal Backstrap!

Was at a friends oyster roast. And he whipped out some backstrap for the grill. Thin slices of backstrap (1/4" thick) olive oil, fresh rosemary, sea salt, cracked pepper. soaked in a plastic bag for 1-2 days. Grilled a minute or so a side and served hot. It was delicious.
