Default Smoked summer sausage

First time attempting to make and smoke my own goodies. I'd really like to start out trying some jalepeno summer sausage. Anyone out there point me in the right direction? Good recipe, preparation, smoking times, temps and details?

Good sites Kybuck. I process all my own deer but never tried making the sausage. Thanks.
