1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 egg
8 0z can tomato sauce
1 sleeve saltine cracker crumbs
1 oz worcheshire sauce

Mix thoroughly then add 1 pound of ground venison and again thoroughly mix.

Put the mixture in a caserol dish that has been sprayed with pam and form a loaf. Place in oven that has been pre-heated and cook uncovered for 1 hour.
