We ordered our pork trimmings from a local grocery store. They special ordered it for us. You could also check at a butcher shop if you have one near by. While griding we would alternate between grinding the venison and pork trimmings. After grinding them the first time we mixed up the meat by had a little bit and then ground it a second time. We added about 30% pork to the venison.
