Default Mild pepper spice

I tried something this year and it turned out great. I made my own dried and crushed pepper spice. I like the flavor of hot peppers like chilis and cayenne but not the heat. What I did was, I a got an assortment of peppers; jalapenos, chilis, pablano and hungarian wax peppers. Then I cut them all in half and cleaned the seeds and guts from them, thats where the bulk of the heat comes from. I dried everything in my dehydrator then crushed them in a food processor. The stuff is awesome, tons of flavor with just a tinge of heat.
