Default Smokin a Turkey Today

I spatch****ed a 14# bird , made some ABTs , Soaked some corn and its in the smoker, A side a beans and a couple of jugs of beer and we are good to go. Final Q view this evening.

Those beer vines must have cross bred with my squash. Or sprung up from the odd beer cap that landed in my garden. I also have a funny looking tree, but the fruit is not ripe yet its a Bud Light Lime tree

This really looks delicious. You have a very bright future to be chef. Looks like you made a great job. I like also the beer garden.

What did you use to brine the bird,rub and approx how long was the smoke?
