Default Smoking turkey breasts

I' ve misplaced my Brinkmann' s smoking guideand I couldn' t find their website. Can anyone tell me how many hours I should wet smoke two gobbler breasts? I would guess they are a couple pounds apiece. Last time I did the whole bird but that was a plucking ordeal and about 14 hours of smoke time. This time I just breasted it out and the rest of it will go to the crockpot. Thanks!

Default RE: Smoking turkey breasts

I use the brinkman electric smoker and generally cook whole turkeys about 20 minutes per pound. Breast only usually cook in about 3 to 3.5 hours.
