Default Camp Omlet

Here is something that you may want to try.

In a heavy duty zip lock freezer bag break 2 eggs add a handfull of shredded cheeze, Chopped peppers, black pepper&salt, Add any left over cooked sausage or bacon or anything else you care to throw in . Squeeze the bag untill everything is pretty well mixed. Zip the bag shut getting out most of the air and drop into a pot of boiling water for a few minutes untill done.

When cool enough to handle unzip and eat it right out of the bag. This works well in camp because there is very little cleanup to do.
