Default Meatloaf

Here is my recipe for Meat Loaf:

1lb ground deer/elk
1 8oz can of tomato sauce
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 oz worcheschire sauce
1 egg
1 tea spoon of black peppe
1 sleeve of crushed saltine crackers
dash of tabasco sauce(optional)

Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Place mixture in a casseroll dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake for 1 hour @350 degrees.

sometimes I add 1/2 cup of grated cheeze to the mixture

Default RE: Meatloaf

Sounds good,
If you really want to get daring , stuff the meatloaf with cheese, chopped jalapenos, hard boiled eggs etc.
