Another squirrel recipe
I call this Limb Rat gravey and biscuits.
Take one squirrel and boil untill the meat falls from the bones. Pick the meat loose from the bones and remove the bones.
In a well greased skillet add the squirrel and a little more grease. Add flower and stiruntill browned and add broth from the squirrel untill you have a thick gravey. spoon the squirrel and gravey over hot biscuits that have been sliced in half and eat till your belly hurts.
