Default An Easy Recipe for Camp or Home

1 pound of polish sausage cut up into 1/2 inch or so disks.
1 large onion cut into wedges and broken up.
1 regular size can of canned potatoes cut into chunks.

place the mixed ingredients in a greased frying pan. put a generous amount of black pepper(if you like pepper) put camp stove on low heat and cover. Turn ingredients every few minutes. ready to serve in about 25 minutes.

I usually serve turnip greens and cornbread as a side dish.
serves 2 hungry hunters.

I have reheated left overs the next morning and ate for breakfast.
