Default Not getting anywhere fast, Need help.

I need to reduce a spice pace down to where I can make a single serving. Here are the numbers.

0.95 lbs of spice = 1 batch pack
1 3/4 cups water per batch pack
10 lbs chicken breast per batch

Now I want to reduce this down to work for 1 Lb of chicken.

Any math people out there
Thanks

Also owning a digital scale that measures both metric and Lbs helps.
