Default Jerky

How can you make jerky without a dehydrator?

What is the best cut for jerky?

Hey slapout, you can make it in the oven, low heat of course, and keep an eye on it. I do it with goose, it works well.

Alton Brown on the food network did a show where he put a new air conditioning vent/screen on top of a fan, the meat on top with another screen on top. Also you could try a take off of the old suzyhomaker oven that used to cook cakes and cookies with a 100 watt light bulb. Use your imagination.
