RE: CARIBOU RECIPES
I have killed a bunch of caribou...It is my favorite big game meat, although there are a few I have not not tried yet, like wild sheep and goat, and Sitka Blacktail..
I cook it just like I would cookwhitetail or mule deer venison...I like to pan broil the steaks and backstraps rare to medium rare.. Do the other cuts whatever way you'd do venison...
In my opinion, the flavor is similar to deer, but better...
