..First time tried this one..elk Meatballs w/mostacholi
....Man!!,,
2 pounds of ground elk/breakfast sausage
Some garlic powder (minced garlic if prefer)
Some basil
Some oregano
Aone small amount of fennel (pinches)
1 cups mixed parmesan / romano
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup catsup
1 cup chopped onion
Splashes of worcestshire
Dashes of salt
Dashes of pepper
Mix all, hand circular roll into large balls
Bake at 375 for about 28 minutes
