Default waterfowl recipes!

Duck/goose jerkey:
marinade the meat in salt water overnight, then soak them in soy sauce for anywhere from 30-minutes to a day, after cutting them into thin strips. stick in the dehydrater overnight and enjoy!

BBQ sauce jerkey: marinade in salt water over night, then cut the meat into thin strips and lather in BBQ sauce of your choice(i use Bullseye Chipotle) and then stick in dehydrater over night and eat!
