Since there is no fat in deer it only fair to conclude that Deer is Healthier than Beef. You also get plenty of fresh air and exercise in acquiring your Deer meat than if you drive to the store and purchase Beef. Venison tastes Better too!

Well said jersyhunter. Hunters always get a great workout hunting their game, and than after harvesting ther game. I would have to say that buffalo and deer probably compare pretty close but would think that buffalo contain more fat because of their size.

Both are low in fat, and without all the crap they inject beef with. Eat both.

I would say deer would be the better chioce then buffalo then beef. It depends on where you get your beef as to how healthy it is. Some places that sell beef have all there meat full of chemicals, while others aren' t so bad.
