Default pepper goose steak

My dad came up this great way of cooking goose, just cut off the main bits of meat and poundflavours of pepper intothem with a mallet or something and then cook them the same way as cooking steaks. beautiful =)

Ribeye of the sky, people just don't belive you when you tell them it's just like beef, but it is. Try a salsbery steak with the breast, just slice each breast into three or four steaks, and pan fry, then make gravey and put back in pan . Make mashed taters,,,, don't get much better.
