I' m not sure what kind of " solution" your thinking of injecting...But I would not hesitate to inject anything that is edible...In other words, if it won' t hurt you to drink it, even though it might taste crappy by itself, then it really can' t " hurt" you to inject it into the meat.
On a side note,,,some things are kind of hard to inject...like Italian dressing...the little chunks tend to clog up the needle...I get around that buy using livestock needles...The things are HUGE.
