Default what is your best fish recapie?

i like one that i learned from a professional walleye guide. take egg and pringels chips(plain) and fry them. that is for falets. but i cant remeber. i am thinkin that you need to use some flower also to keep the crumbled up chips together. havent had a good yr with ice fishing so havent had fish in awhile.

Default RE: what is your best fish recapie?

For cod filets I just dip them in half flour half bread crumbs seasoned w/salt&pepper fry in butter then brown some butter in same pan and pour over boiled potatoes. Whole trout just dipped in flour, skin on. Fluke and Flounder fillets dipped in Flour seasoned w/lemon pepper Stripped Bass either of the above ways or marinated in terriaki' brn sugar.honey,garlic.ginger OJ,onion and olive oil then cooked on the grill-yum yum.
