Default Stop Tossing the darkmeat

Here it is guys and gals, The ultimate recipe for wild turkey dark meat. [8D]


ingriedeance:

1 Wild turkey debreasted. (roast that like a buttersmall)
1 cup chopped or babe carrots
3med. potatoes, I perfer red.
1 cup chopped celery
1 small onion
2 cups fresh mint (parsley will work but is not asflavorful)
6 garlic cloves (I love garlic)
1 chicken bouilloncube
3 cups hot water
salt
pepper
Pressure cooker or crockpot

Part the turkey up, you know legs,wings,back ect. Salt and pepper the meat. The veg. should be cut into fairly large pieces.
In a pitcher or something simular disolve the bouillon. Place the turkey then the veg. into the pressure cooker. Pour the now chicken broth over everything just to cover with the liquid. (In a crock pot fill a couple of inches over becauce of cooking time.) Heat pressure cooker place weight then set timer for 1 hour and 45 minutes. When timer goes off cool your pressure cooker open and enjoy.
In a crock pot cook on med. heat for at least 4 hours or until meat falls of the bone then enjoy.
