Default Mom' s Hobo Dinner

Mom always made this for us when we were camping. It is simple and tastes pretty good if you are hungry.

Items needed...
Heavy duty aluminum foil
canned VegAll
canned cream of mushroom soup
meat

Make a boat out of a sheet of the foil
Add the meat of your choice
add desired amount of VegAll
Cover with mushroom soup

Now fold up the foil in a way that will not allow the contents to spill out. Enveloped seems to work best.

Now place the package in the coals of a died down camp fire. Allow to cook long enough for the meat to fully cook but not long enough to char it (beef about 25 minutes for 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick piece).
Remove the package from the coals and allow to cool long enough that you can open the envelope.

Try to enjoy, as I said...The hungrier you are, the better it is.
