Default Camp Ham supper

Last fall I went with a group that made one of the nicest meals I' ve had while in the bush.
They brought a cooked ham and put it in a big pot with water in the bottom and cooked it on the propane stove for about 4 hours.
Can' t remember the last time something tasted so good.
