i got the bread recipe for the big kahounas chef#1 posted and i love it its easy and good i was hoping to find more bread rcipes from this forum so if anyone has any ideas please reply dont matter what kind of bread im open for any kind

DISOLVE YEAST I 1 1/2 CUPS WARM WATER, IN A LARGE BOWL. ADD IN SUGAR AND SALT. ADD FLOUR IN ALL AT ONCE. STIR VIGOROUSLYWITH A WODDEN SPOON . DOUGH WILL BE STIFF AND STICKY. COVER AND LET RISE FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL DOUBLED IN BULK.
REMOVE HALF OF THE DOUGH AND RECOVER. PLACE REMOVED HALF ON FLOURED BOARD. SPRINKLE LIGHTLY WITH FLOUR. ROLL AND SRTETCH INTO 10 X 14 IN RECTANGLE. ROLL UP STARTING AT BROAD SIDE. PINCH THE EDGE TO SEAL. SHAPE WITH HANDS TO AN 18" LONG TAPERED LOAF. DUST A LIGHTLY GREASED SHEET PAN WITH CORN MEAL AND ARRANGE BREAD ON TOP. CUT 3 TO 4 SHALLOW DIAGONALSLASHES IN THE TOP OF LOAF. REPEAT PROCESS FOR SECOND PORTION OF DOUGH.
COVER LIGHTLY AND LET RISE UNTIL DOUGLE IN SIZE. BRUSH LIGHTLY WITH COLD WATER, BAKE AT 425 FOR 10 MIN THEN REDUCE TEMP TO 325 BRUSH AGAIN WITH COLD WATER AND BAKE FOR 40 MIN LONGER. REMOVE AND COOL.
