Beef/Venison Stick Recipe?

Does anyone have a decent to good recipe for this. i use a dehydrator. I will try to make my own tonight no one has anything

Shot some skiny turds today(at least that's what they look like). I got me a new jerky shooter from cabelas and it is fabulous....very easy to wrk and use.....hope it turns out great.
