Default Favorite game cook book

Wondering what cookbooks some of you guys/gals out there like for fish and wild game. my personal favorite is "Preparing fish and wild game" shows how to clean and store meat and a ton of recipes. even some field dressing tips in there.

Apparently they have a web site www.howtobookstore.com

Haven' t tried the site but the book is super

some tasters - Rum spiced venison chops,sweet and sour venison pot roast and on and on Great color pictures of all recipies

L.L. Beans Game and Fish Cookbook - Had mine for twenty years and still use it every year.

1)Venison Cookbook by A.D.Livingston
2)Great Sausage Recipes & Meat Curing by Rytek Kutas (the sausage maker Buffalo N.Y.
3)After Your Deer is Down by Josef Fischl & Leonard Lee Rue III a step by step book on field dressing,skinning&butchering, and an added section on reciepes. a very good book for the begginer. great detail.
4)Don' t forget about( foodtv.com) then type in venison under reciepes

" Dressing and Cooking Wild Game" . Particularly good waterfowl recipes.
