Default Grilled Buffalo Ribs!

I'm headed out to shoot a buff next Friday with my wife and daughter. I discovered this receipe when serving up the last buffalo we shot.

Boil ribs for about an hour.

Marinaderibs in Italian dressing, garlic powder and teriyaki sauce

Bake in oven for about 45 min.

Baste with barbecue sauce and more Italian dressing.

Grill for roughly 30 min. or until blackening begins to occur on all sides.

Scrumptious!!!!!!!![8D]

Default RE: Grilled Buffalo Ribs!

try this:
place ribs in apple juice and bake in the oven for 2 hrs at 250-275 degrees
take ribs out of the oven and place them on the grill with bb-q sauce and cook on low for about35-45 minutes.
my buddie has a bb-q business and we cook ribs like this all the time , the apple juice breaks down all the muscle and the meat get so tender it falls off the bone.
