Default Meat Tenderizer???

Do any of you guys use the commercial(300$and up) style tenderizers for your deer steaks and loin??

I mysel have never had a steak through one of these, I always have just pounded them with the steel hammer style meat tenderizer. This is tender and perfect for me, but I have a buddy that tells me I do not know what I am missing.

I just cant see myself spending that much money on something I feel I could do with a $20 hammer tenderizer?? Am I missing something??

Why dont you go over to your buddys house and have him run some steaks through his tenderizer. Then you can see if you think its worth it. Just an idea.

Thanks for trying though.

I don't blame you for not wanting to spend the bucks. I got this one and it's not to bad.
