I don't do a whole lot of burger but it usually ends up in chili. I'll do a couple of packs where i'll go 1/4 lb beef to 3/4 lb venny and make taco meat with a seasoning packet. After it cools down I'll freeze that and just reheat to eat. If you know your butcher real well or do it yourself, you can add various levels of fat or additional meats to offset any gaminess or dryness. My Bro in law does a meatloaf with 1/3 of pork, venny, beef and mixes in onion, egg, some seasonings and shredded cheese. That's pretty tasty.

Venison stroganoff...just use ground venison instead of beef.
