Default Smoked venison pepperonis..

Took some of my finished venison pepperoni i got back and cold smoked them with mesquite chips and wow!! they are great.

If they were finished Pepperoni they should have been smoked already. You double smoked them. I like how you turned your hot smoker into a cold smoker . Great Idea cheap,and effective.
