Default RE: Turkey Jerky

It seems like a waste of good turkey but if i were to make it I would debone the legs and thighs, grind them add a spice mix , shoot it onto a drying rack.then dry it . Try this mix I know you will love it.

2 lbs. ground meat
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. Cayenne
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup pineapple juice.
