Default fish smoking brine with pineapple juice

Anyone have a fish smoking brine that involves pineapple juice? I've sampled a couple where they used pineapple juice in the brine and it was the best I've ever tasted. Thanks

I found what I was looking for at www.fishsniffer.com ...It's for salmon, but i'm sure it will be fine for the steelhead that I smoke. Good luck
