Default Could anybody hear me?

Oh I'm so mad @ myself!

Started BBQing beef brisket around 8am this morning. All is good, the temp is a perfect 220 and the sun is shining. Couldn't be a better start for BBQn, Till I went to change the chips in the box andrelized that I used alder instead of hickory . Should be real interesting.just don't tell anyone okay and no one will notice [8D]. BTW if you did hear me, it wasn't me honest
