HC4RUNNER

HERE IS A RECIPE FOR WHAT I CALL THE BIG KAHUNAS NO FAIL WHITE BREAD

1 PKG YEAST
1/4 CUP WARM WATER
1/3 CUP COOKING OIL
1 EGG BEATEN
1 CUP MILK
1 1/2 TBL SALT
3 TBL SUGAR
2 1/2 CUP FLOUR

SOFTEN YEAST IN WARM WATER IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL. ADD OIL, EGG, MILK, SALT, SUGAR AND FLOUR. MIX WELL. PLACE IN GREASED LOAF PAN. SHAPE TOP WITH FLOURED HANDS. LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLED IN BULK. BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 45 MIN OR UNTIL BREAD TESTS DONE.

NOPE! THE REASON IS BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT USING HIGH GLUTEN FLOUR AND THERE IS NO NEED TO DEVELOPE THE GLUTEN.
