Default venison meatballs

1/2# ground venison
1/2# ground beef the fat in beef helps it to hold it together
1/2 onion chopped
2 eggs
15 or so saltines
6 T. milk
whatever seasonings you like
(I use parsley, seasoned salt, and a touch of garlic powder)

Mix it all together, roll into balls
You can fry them in a pan or put them in the oven at 350F for 1/2 to 45mn.

Yeah, and cook them in the Spaghetti Sauce and pour over the Linguine.

We don't add other meats to good venison.Don't even add fat when butchering, 100% lean, high protein, low cholesteroldeer. Egg and breadcrumbs give me all the glue I need.

Generally I really don't look at the nutrition facts. If it tastes good I eat. Maybe when I'm a little older I'll have to start. For now I can pretty much eat what I want. Besides all of my kids are on high calorie high fat diets. They were preemies and they need the extra.
