Need a dough recipe

I'm looking for a recipe for a dough to line the inside of a dutch oven or pot with , and then fill with ingredients to make either beef or chicken potpie. I'd like to cover the ingredients with a dough, also, and bake the whole thing in the oven. I've got several good recipes for the stew ingredients, just need to know how to make the dough I want. Thanks for any and all help.......
