Default Caribou Hunters (Help)

I was given two hams and was wondering about any recipes anyone might have and can I cook it like deer meat? How does this meat compare to other Big Game?

Q2MD,

TRY THIS RECIPE FOR YOUR CARIBOU---- COCA-COLA CARIBOU

4# CARIBOU
2 CNS COCA-COLA
6 POTATOES (DICED)
6 CARROTS (DICED)
1 YELLOW ONION (SLICED)
2 EA APPLES DICED
1/2 BOX RASINS (GOLDEN ARE THE BEST)
WATER ENOUGH TO COVER MEAT
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

SEAR THE MEAT IN AN IRON SKILLET. THEN PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A CROCK POT. TURN IT ON TO LOW AND COME BACK IN 4 HOURS.

HOPE YOU ENJOY
