Simple Venison
Good for steaks cooked on an cast iron skillet.
4 tbs olive oil
1 ts onion powder
1 ts chopped garlic
1/2 ts salt&pepper
Simple but tasty.

My kind of cooking, But I replace the oil with butter, than pour juices over potatoes or rice.
