I like dipping my fillets in beer & eggs and then roll them around in fry magic. Then fry them up.

What type of fish...lean or fatty? Lean fish such as Walleye or Pike, just a quick dusting with flour and/or bread crumbs(try crushed Ritz cheeze crackers too) and then fry ina cast iron fry pan...NOTE....use a solid oil(hot) such as Crisco for best results.
If an oily fish such as salmon or trout, they go great on the BBQ especially this time of year when no one else is BBQing(the smell goes around the nieghburhood). Either wrap in tinfoil with some spices and lemon/onion or maybe lightlybrush with oil, season, and then just grill it being careful not to overcook. Good luck.
