Maple Flavored Jerky recipes
 

Gang,

I used to lvoe the Eastman products maple flavored jerky seasoning. I see that it is discontinued. Does anyone has a recipe so I can make my own maple flavored venison jerky?

I recently mixed a little Jimmy Deans maple flavored sausage to the venison burger along with other seasoning - very good!

Haven't tryed this one.If your marinating venison strips/cuts for drying,try mixing a little Maple flavoring(1-2 tsp should be enough)like Mccomicks imitation maple flavoring to your marinade.Experiment a little in a small batch,see what happens.
