Default Upland Birds

Pheasant, Quail, Chukars or any white meat bird always tastes great
Fryingwith house autrey chicken breeder and Carolina Plantation Rice
with gravy
This is a house specaility that is served at every upland game hunt at the Double A
Carolina Plantation Rice has been grown in SC since the 1700s
It is a Aromatic Rice
you have probobly never heard of it
Caution: once you try you can not go back to uncle bens
search for it buy it eat it i
f you can't get I can get you some
Igive it away as Christmas Presents to all my clients
