what are good and cheap and quick ways to make jerky out of ground

Go get you a Jerky Shooter, ten you can get some jerky seasoning and mix with your ground, then just "shoot" it into your dehydrator, and there you go, jerky..

you can get a 5 tray dehydrator for like 45 bucks....thats what i got...got it from walmart and it works like a charm

Wow - if you can get one for $20$ I would jump on that! Thats probably a basic model.All you really need.

Now is surely the time to buy one with all the Xmas cut throat price wars goin on at WalMart,K-Mart etc...Thats when I bought mine about 10yrs ago.

Makes drying large batches of Jerky alot easier - along with easier clean up.

The next toy you need to buy is a DryVac machine for all your jerky and venison.Thats another topic
